We are able to offer a specified day delivery service where orders can be delivered to you on a chosen day.

Delivery in all above cases can be delayed in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Pallet deliveries are made to
a kerbside/roadside location.

We can only collect from or
deliver to ground level locations.

Pallet can be collected and delivered on solid surfaces that facilitate pump truck operation.

We cannot collect or deliver
pallets on steep inclines.

We cannot collect or deliver
pallets on grass or gravel drives.

Two man installed delivery service not available.

Access to the site/property must be accessible for 18tonne pallet truck, free of any obstructions for example, parked cars, overhanging trees/hedges.

No HI-AB/CRANE deliveries unless agreed, hence cannot be delivered over fence/wall. (Please call us if you want delivery by Hi-AB. *Charges Apply)

Sign as Damaged on Arrival if there are damages or you cannot check properly.

REDELIVERY CHARGES APPLY

  • 1. Deliveries are made between 8am to 6pm and require a signature. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to take collection of your order. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery fee of £30 per pallet.
  • 2. All deliveries are made to kerbside or to the closest accessible flat surface. It's at delivery company's discretion to deliver on the drive way.
  • 3. Items should be checked upon delivery prior to signing for any damage, incorrect or missing items. Our courier drivers will allow sufficient time for you to do this.
  • 4. If there are any breakages please sign it as 'Damaged on Arrival' otherwise pallet courier won't be responsible for breakages. Please contact our customer services team within 72 hours of delivery who will be happy to resolve any problems. Please do not fit any damaged or incorrect items, as we will be unable to replace or refund damaged items which have been installed.
  • 5. Please note that for standard one-man pallet deliveries, drivers are unable to dispose of packaging materials, including pallets. These are to be disposed of by the customer in an appropriate way.
  • 6. All items are checked prior to sending however, we strongly recommend ordering 5-10% extra in case of damage, wastage and off-cuts.
  • 7. We strongly recommend you do not book builder or tradespeople on the strength of delivery dates or time frames, and we recommend you receive and check items from us before any preparatory work is taken. We cannot be liable for any costs incurred by problems with delivery.
  • 8. Customers should inform us of any access problems prior to placing order.
