Sizes of Sample
Cut Samples (Approx. 10x10 cm)
Perfect for getting a close-up view of the tile’s texture and finish. These smaller cuts allow you to check the quality and feel of the tile without needing to handle larger pieces.
Full Tile Samples (Various sizes depending on the product)
Ideal for seeing the entire design and how it may work in your space. Larger samples can give you a more accurate representation of how the tile’s pattern and color blend in your room's lighting.
What to Know About Tile Samples
It’s important to note that tile samples may slightly differ from the final batch of tiles you receive. This is due to the natural variations that can occur during the production process. While we do our best to ensure consistency, slight variations in color, tone, texture, or size may be present from one batch to another. We recommend using the sample as a general guide for your final choice.

Damages and Replacements
Slight Chips on Bottom, Sides, or Edges
Minor chips located on the bottom, sides, or edges of tiles are not considered damage. These tiles are fully usable in installations without affecting their functionality or appearance once laid.
Chipping on the Face of Tiles
Tiles with chips or damage on the face can still be useful in your project. These tiles are ideal for offcuts and corners, which are often necessary in every tiling job. This way, you make the most of the materials without unnecessary waste.
Broken Tiles or Significant Face Damage
Only broken tiles or tiles with significant chipping on the face are eligible for replacements. If you find tiles in this condition, you can request a replacement from us.
Encouraging Reduced Waste
We encourage you to make the most of any slightly damaged tiles to reduce wastage. Reusing these tiles in less visible areas helps minimize environmental impact. However, if you feel replacements are essential, we are happy to assist.

Understanding Tolerable Variations in Tiles
Tiles are natural products that may have variations in shade, texture, and size, all of which fall within the acceptable tolerable range. Here’s what you need to know:
Shade and Texture Variations
It's common for tiles to have slight variations in shade and texture due to manufacturing processes and batch differences. While we aim to provide consistency, we cannot guarantee that the sample you receive or the tiles from two different orders will match perfectly. Additionally, images on our website are for illustration purposes only. The actual shade and texture of tiles may vary slightly based on lighting conditions and batch differences.
Size Variations
A 3-5mm difference in size is normal and falls within the tolerable range for these products. This slight variation can be easily accommodated during installation by using slightly larger joint gaps between the tiles. Your tiler will be able to make the necessary adjustments to ensure a seamless finish.
Bowing
Tiles may also experience slight bowing, which is also considered normal within the tolerable range. A bowing variation of ±3-5mm is acceptable and can be addressed during installation by slightly staggering the tiles. Using the correct technique to measure bowing is important, as it ensures that the installation is carried out properly.
